PORTRAITURE PHOTOGRAPHER
I grew up in a huge family in rural Western Australia. I left the farm to pursue a career in modelling which lead me to honing my skills as fashion photographer, a global fashion blogger and influencer - culminating in creating my own studio in Chelsea, New York.
Like so many of you, the pandemic turned my life upside down and brought me home to Australia, where I became the proud mother of two girls. Newly inspired, I've created Nata Studio to utilise my experience to create beautiful family portraits.
Editorial Aesthetic
My influences stem from my background in fashion. I'm an escapist at heart, so I've always been drawn to that otherworldly quality that is synonymous with the world's most prestigious image makers within the fashion and art world. My goal is to create beautiful portraits that would sit elegantly alongside your favourite artworks - as well as capturing the genuine spirit of my adorable subjects.
Two Decades of Experience
I began my career as a model, so I pride myself in my direction and choreographic skills and a deep familiarity with what it feels like to be on either side of the lens. This encompassing approach is what sets me apart, every shoot is a conversation about how we can achieve beautiful imagery together. You can't create beautiful photographs with an air of discomfort - above all, the experience needs to be fun!
